April has been a big month for the Sam-

sung Product Support Network! For con-

sumers, we’ve created dozens of How-To

videos. These include eight Smart Hub/

Smart TV videos and six HDTV Trouble-

shooting titles, with more to come. We’ve

also released videos on some of Sam-

sung’s new digital cameras including the

SH100 and ST700 models. Our new Keep

It Simple show now includes special ac-

cessory segments. So far, we’ve had spe-

cial segments dedicated to Q10 HD Cam-

corder accessories, the full QWERTY Re-

mote Control for TVs, and the SPSN Sam-

sung Mobile App. Consumers can also

troubleshoot their Samsung PCs with our

new Samsung Recovery Solution How-To

videos.

And that’s just consumer content! For in-

ternal technical training, SPSN is putting

the finishing touches on over fifty helpful

How-To training videos for Home Appli-

ances and the Television Certification pro-

gram. This is part of an initiative to reduce

damage claims and improve customer ser-

vice. We’ve also prepared three PC train-

ing videos and shot a Live Training show

on printers, more specifically, a review of

SWS 2.0 for the current A3 printer line of

products.

In addition to all that, we still broadcast our

LIVE show, Keep It Simple, every Thurs-

day at 4:30pm EST covering a wide range

of your favorite Samsung Products. We

take live viewer questions and even fea-

ture special guests, so make sure to log on

to www.samsung.com/spsn to watch! You

can also check out our SPSN Mobile App

on your Android device and download our

SPSTV App from Samsung Apps for ac-

cess to our entire library of videos and live

shows.
