S Pen

Change the settings for using the S Pen.

•

Disable pen detection

: Set the screen not to respond to the other S Pens when the S pen

is inserted.

•

S Pen keeper

: Set the device to display a pop-up alert and emit a sound if you walk when

the touch screen is off and S Pen is removed from the device.

•

Pointer

: Set the device to display the S Pen pointer when hovering the S Pen over the

screen.

•

Direct pen input

: Set the device to launch the handwriting pad when hovering the S Pen

over a text input field.

•

Detachment options

: Set the device to launch Action Memo or display air command

when the S Pen is pulled out from the slot.

•

Attach/detach sound

: Set the device to emit a sound when the S Pen is inserted or

pulled out from the slot.

One-handed operation

Activate one-handed operation mode for your convenience when using the device with one

hand.

Use for all screens

: Set the device to adjust the size and position of the current screen.

You can scale down the device’s screen with simple gestures.

: Set the device to adjust the size and position of the keypad.
