Initialization(RESET ALL)
Function lamp
All camera menu and function settings will be restored to their default values. However,
values for DATE/TIME, LANGUAGE, and VIDEO OUT will not be changed.
Initializing the Camera
1. In any mode with the exception of Voice Recording mode,
press the MENU button.
2. Press the LEFT/ RIGHT button and select the [SETUP]
menu tab.
3. Select the [RESET] menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN
button and press the RIGHT button.
4. Select a desired sub menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN
button and press the OK button.
If [NO] is selected : Settings will not be restored to their defaults.
If [YES] is selected : All settings will be restored to their defaults.
5. Press the menu button twice and the menu will disappear.
Setting the function lamp
1. In any mode with the exception of Voice Recording mode,
press the MENU button.
2. Press the LEFT/ RIGHT button and select the [SETUP]
menu tab.
3. Select the [LAMP] menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN
button and press the RIGHT button.
4. Select a desired sub menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN
button and press the OK button.
If [OFF] is selected : The function lamp will not light up.
If [ON] is selected : The function lamp will light up.
5. Press the menu button twice and the menu will disappear.
Description of the Function lamp
Function Description
The function lamp is on during initialization.
When the camera is ready for operation, the lamp is turned off.
After an image is captured
The function lamp blinks once.
During voice recording The function lamp (Blue) blinks repeatedly.
When the self-timer activated
The function lamp (Blue) blinks.
During power-on

You can turn on and off the function lamp located on the front of the camera.
