Ensure that the paper corners are under the corner
snubbers.
Do not fill above the max fill line.

While pinching the side guide as shown, move it toward the
stack of paper until it lightly touches the side of the stack. If
it is too tight it will bend the paper.
7
Close the paper cassette.
