A This is normal. The Off Button for the Wireless LAN on the wireless LAN
connection program only turns off the S/W and not the H/W for the Wireless
LAN.
Q14 After installing the wireless LAN connection program, I cannot manage
wireless networks under Windows. (For 11a/g, 11g cards)
For Intel Wireless LAN Cards
A1 Select the “Use Microsoft Client” from the Tools menu of the PROSet program
to manage wireless networks in Windows.
To continue managing the wireless network through the PROSet program, select
“Enable Intel PROSet/Wireless” from the Tools menu of the PROSet program.
For Atheros Wireless LAN Cards
A2 In the Wireless Network tab of the Wireless Network Connection, select
Construct Wireless Network and then click the OK button.
