Set a countdown timer

In Menu mode, select 1. Timer.

Enter the time to count down and select 2. Start.

Press [3.

] → Yes to set the timer to run in the

background (if necessary).

When the timer expires, tap and hold 4. Stop to

stop the alert.

Use the stopwatch

In Menu mode, select 1. Stopwatch.

Select 2. Start to begin the stopwatch.

Select 3. Split to record lap times.

When you are finished, select 4. Stop.

Select 5. Reset to clear recorded times.

While recording the lap times, the interval between

lap times is recorded. To check the interval, select

Lap.

Create new tasks

In Menu mode, select 1. Task.

Select 2. Create.

Enter the details of the task and select 3. Save.
