There shall be no damage, malfunction or change of status due to the conditioning.
Flickering of an indicator during the application of discharge is permissible, providing
That there is no residual is permissible, providing that there is no residual change in the EUT or any
change in outputs, which could be interpreted by associated equipment as a change,
and no such flickering of indicators oeuvres at U = 130 ㏈㎶.
For component of CCTV systems, where the status is monitored by observing the TV picture,
then deterioration of the picture is allowed at U = 140 ㏈㎶, providing:
(a) there is no permanent damage or change to the EUT
(e.g. no corruption of memory or changes to programmable settings etc.)
(b) at U = 130 ㏈㎶, any deterioration of the picture is so minor that the system could
still be used; and
(c) there in no observable deterioration of the picture at U = 120 ㏈㎶.
Voltage dip/interruption / Voltage variation
There shall be no damage, malfunction or change of status due to the conditioning.
Flickering of an indicator during the conditioning is permissible, providing that there is no residual
change in the EUT or any change in outputs, which could be interpreted by associated equipment as
