Configure input methods

Swype

Set the device to use the Swype keyboard. -

Settings - :

Language: Select languages for text input.

Audio feedback: Set to alert you when there are no

alternative words for your input if you double-touch a

word.

Vibrate on keypress: Set the device to vibrate when you

touch a key.

Word suggestion: Set the device to display word

suggestions for your input.

Auto-spacing: Set the device to automatically insert a

space between words.

Auto-capitalization: Set the device to automatically

capitalize the first letter after a final punctuation mark,

such as a period, question mark, or exclamation mark.

Show complete trace: Set to display the trace of your

dragging on the keyboard.

Speed vs. accuracy: Set the balance for the speed and

accuracy.

Word suggestion: Set the device to display suggestions

while you are entering text. This feature is available only

for English.

Swype help: Access help information for using the Swype

keyboard.

Tutorial: Learn how to enter text with the Swype

keyboard.

Version: View version information.
