Additional Bixby Voice functions
Checking supported languages
Bixby Voice is only available in some languages, and certain features may not be available
depending on your region. To see the list of supported languages, open Bixby Home, and
then tap
→
Settings
→
Language and speaking style
→

.
Using dictation mode
Use dictation mode when it is hard to type.
In the text input field, press and hold the Bixby key and say “Write down” followed by what
you want to enter.
Your spoken words will be converted to on-screen text.
You can also set Bixby Voice to start dictation mode when you press and hold the
Bixby key while the Samsung keyboard is open. To use this feature, open the Bixby
Home screen, tap
→
Settings
, and then tap the
Dictation on keyboard
switch to
activate it.

To help Bixby Voice understand you better, give feedback to Bixby Voice on what it has done
for you.
Tap
when Bixby Voice completes your request.
Tap
when Bixby Voice fails to complete your request or an error occurs.
