TROUBLESHOOTING

4-2-17. If Inverter PCB Power is not supplied

reference in this manual

when check the MAIN PCB.

Start

Replace FUSE & check the root cause

Is the fuse on AC

110V/220V down?

Yes

Check the wire connection

Is 110V/220V

applied between both end of

inverter PCB CN01?

Yes

Replace FUSE - 250V 5A

Is the fuse on MAIN

PCB down?

Yes

Check PCB PATTERN & Replace BD1

Is DC 300V

applied between both ends of

BD1+,-?

Yes

Replace PCB ASS’Y

Is DC300V

applied to HYBRID

IC #10 PIN?

Yes

1) Replace HYBRID IC(IC3:BP5047B15)

2) Replace PCB ASS’Y

Is DC15V

applied to HYBRID

IC #1 PIN?

Yes

Replace REG1 (KA78L05)

Is 5V applied to C104?

Yes

Normal

Replace PCB ASS’Y

Is there any

PCB soldering short or

breakage?

Yes

At the INVERTER PCB Power, AC

110V/220V power and over DC 300V

of high-voltage are applied. Please take

care of yourself when repair and

measure.
