• Check the battery status.

Power is automatically turned off when none

of the buttons have been pressed for a certain

time in the standby and the music pause

mode for power saving purposes. Turn on the

recorder.

Battery life differs from

the manual

• The battery life can vary depending on the

sound mode and display setting.

• Battery life may be shortened when the

recorder is left for extended periods in low or

high temperatures.

Malfunction

• Check if your PC meets the basic system

requirements.

The player does not

record properly.

• Check if you have selected a correct option in

the <Select Input> menu when connecting the

external microphone or audio cable.

Connection to your PC

is disabled.

• Check if the USB cable is correctly connected

and try again.

• Run Windows Update on your PC. Select Key

Updates and Service Packs, then update all.

Reboot your PC and reconnect.
