03 Functions

Input mode

Press an appropriate button on the remote control

to select a desired mode: D.IN, AUX, HDMI, BT,

COAXIAL,TV Sound Connect, or USB mode.

The unit turns off automatically in the following situations:

• HDMI/ARC/D.IN MODE

- If there is no signal input for about 25 minutes.

• COAXIAL Mode

- If no button actions for more than 8 hours in

COAXIAL mode.

ARC Function

The ARC function is activated in D.IN mode if the unit

is connected to an ARC supporting TV.

• The ARC function allows digital audio to output

via the HDMI OUT (ARC) port. It can be

enabled only when the Hi-Fi component is

connected to a TV that supports the ARC

function.

• To used ARC function,Anynet+ must be turned

on.

• To turn off the ARC function, turn Anynet off.

• Press and hold the Anynet+ button,turn

Anynet+ on or Anynet+ off.

| NOTES |

• This function is not available if the HDMI cable does

not support ARC.

• When use the ARC function,the Hi-Fi component will

display "ARC".

Speaker output

If the TV and Hi-Fi component are connected via

HDMI, you select between listening to audio

through your TV or through the HI-FI component by

TV.(See the TV instructions manual for more

information.)

✎ NOTE

` TV SPK/S MUTE MODE,Microphone doesn't

work.

` TV SPK/S MUTE MODE,DANCE TIME,EQ,DJ

BEAT,+PANNING,GIGA ,GOAL,FOOTBALL,MUTE

and VOL button doesn't work.

Functions

AV SYNC function

Video may appear out of synch with the audio if

the Hi-Fi component is connected to a digital

TV. If this occurs, adjust the audio delay time to

match the video.

Press AV SYNC +/–. on the remote control of this

unit.

• You can use the + , - buttons to set the

audio delay time between 0 ms and 300

ms.

✎ NOTE

` In CD/MP3 mode,USB mode, TV SOUNDC

ONNECT mode,FM mode, or BT mode, the AV

Sync function can't work.

` DJ BEAT/PANNING MODE ON,the AV Sync

button can't work.
