Presetting Stations

To tune in to a preset station, press on the

remote control to select a channel.

•

Refer to Step 2 on page 58 to

automatically or manually tune in

to a station.

•

Each time the button is pressed,

the band switches between

"FM

AM".

“PROGRAM” flashes in the

display.

Press to

select "89.10".

Press the

TUNER(BAND)

button and select

the FM band.

Press the TUNER MEMORY button before

’ disappears from the display.

and the station is stored in memory.

You can store up to 15 stations each for FM and AM.

Listening to a Cassette

Always treat your cassettes with care; refer, if necessary, to the section entitled

“Precautions When Using Audio Cassettes” on page 73.

Insert a cassette with the

recording/playback side facing

the cassette holder, and then

push the cassette door shut.

the player to

select the Tape

function.

Switch the system

on by pressing

STANDBY ON.

Rewind the cassette / DOWN

button.

Fast-forward the cassette UP /

button.

•

Side A : Tape ( ) button once.

•

Side B : Tape ( ) button twice

Press TAPE 1/2 button to select the

cassette to be played.

Press the PUSH

EJECT ( ) of the

cassette deck to open

the cassette door and

insert a cassette.

Press the ,

button if necessary.

When you have

finished playback,

press STOP button.

Press the

button. The cassette

starts playing.
