04 OVEN USE

Palak Paneer

Spinach, nely chopped : ¾ cup

Homemade paneer, crumbled : ¼ cup

Whole wheat our : ¼ cup

Gram our (besan) : ¼ cup

Rice our : ½ tbsp.

Salt to taste

Sugar : ½ tsp.

Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp.

Red chili powder : ¼ tsp.

Chaat masala powder : ½ tsp.

Yogurt : ½ tsp.

Fennel seeds (saunf) : ¼ tsp.

Oil for brushing

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Combine all

the dry ingredients well, check a salt and spices and adjust to

suit your taste. Add a little water and knead to make smooth

dough. Keep the palak paneer roll mixture covered in a damp

cloth for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pinch small

portions of the dough and roll it between your palms to make

them into small cylindrical shape. Put the crusty plate on the

high rack in the microwave oven. Press a START button. Display

show a “preheat” at this step. When the frist beeps, take out

the crusty plate and brush the crusty plate and rolls with oil.

Place roll on the crusty plate on the high rack. Put them in the

microwave oven. When the second beeps, turn the kebab over

and press a START button again. After cooking, take out the roll

and serve hot with chutney or yogurt dip.

Vermicelli : ½ cup.

Water : ½ cup

Onion nely sliced : ½ ea

Tomato chopped : ½ ea

Beans, chopped : ¼ cup

Carrots chopped : ¼ cup

Capsicum : ¼ cup

Peas : ¼ cup

Curry leaves : 4 ea

Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp.

Salt to taste

Roasted peanuts : 1 tbsp.

Mustard seeds : ½ tsp.

Cumin : ½ tsp.

Oil : 1 tsp

Instructions

Put oil, peanuts, vermicelli, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, salt,

turmeric powder, chopped vegetables, water, salt, curry leaves

and chili to taste in the microwave safe bowl. Mix all ingredients

well and Put them in the microwave oven. When rst beeps, stir

the vermicelli upma. Press a START again. After cooking, serve

hot.
