Switch to the silent prole
In Idle mode, press and hold [ ] to mute or unmute your
phone.

Set up a sound prole
You can change your phone's sounds by customising
the current sound prole or switching to another sound
prole. To set up a prole,
In Menu mode, select

Settings
→
Sound proles.
Scroll to the prole you are using.

Edit>.
Customise the sound options for incoming calls,

incoming messages, and other phone sounds. ► p. 85
Available sound options vary depending on the
selected prole.
To switch to another prole, select it from the list.
