Put prepared fresh fi sh (e.g. trout, haddock, codfi sh) in a suitable sized ovenproof
glassware with lid. Add liquid until bottom of dish is covered e.g. 3-4 tbsp. lemon juice,
white wine or water and cover with lid. Put dish on wire rack. If you prefer roasted
appearance, brush skin of fi sh with olive oil and do not cover.

Put fi shes head to tail on the roast wire rack. First setting is for 2 fi shes, the second setting
is for 4 fi shes. The program is suitable for whole fi shes, like trout, pikeperch or gilthead.

Rinse potatoes, cut potatoes into halves. Brush with olive oil, herbs and spices. Distribute
on the baking tray evenly. The fi rst setting is for small potatoes (each 100g), the second
