Make sure the READY message appears on the display.

Press On Line.

Press Menu until you see PRINTING MENU.

Press Item until you see DUPLEX.

Press Value until the setting you need appears on the display
(For more information, see page 3.8).

Press Enter to save the selection.
If you use a driver which does not have a properties box.
you can select ‘DUPLEX’ by using the control panel menu.
Notes:
Settings in the printer driver and software
application override operator panel settings.
Menu Setting
Result:
An asterisk(❊) appears beside the current user default
setting for that menu item.
Result:
The ‘OFFLINE’ message appears on the display and the printer is off-line.
