BOIL ALERT CONTROL (ONLY USE THE LARGEST BURNER)
The Boil Alert function automatically reduces power to a power level you have selected and sounds a signal.
1.
Touch the On/O control pad of the largest Burner (Right
Front).
2. Touch the Boil Alert pad. The digital display will show .
3. Touch the +/- pads to select the power level you want the
element set to after the water boils.
The range will automatically reduce the burner’s power level to
this level after the water boils and sound a signal (6 times).
If you want to adjust the power level while Boil Alert is in operation,
touch the Boil Alert pad again and set the power level.
Required amount of water : 2 ~ 12 cups (500ml ~ 3000ml)
WARNING
THE BOIL ALERT FEATURE IS NOT AN AUTOMATED SAFETY DEVICE. AS WITH ALL OTHER
TYPES OF COOKING APPLIANCES, NEVER LEAVE THE INDUCTION COOKTOP UNATTENDED
WHEN IT IS IN OPERATION, EVEN WHEN BOIL ALERT IS ACTIVATED. THE CONTENTS OF
UNATTENDED COOKWARE MAY BOIL OVER, POSING A RISK OF INJURY TO PERSONS OR
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY FROM EXTREMELY HOT LIQUIDS OR FIRE.
