 Date and Time

Congure the system's date and time s ettings.

Today's date is displayed. To change the date, tap

NOTE: You cannot change the date and time when a patient ID has been registered.

How to set the date and time

1. Tap on the touch screen.

2. The window will change to allow you to set the date and time. Touch the year, month, date, hour,

minute, or second you want to change; the touch keyboard will appear so you may enter the value

you want.

3. Once the date and/or time have been set correctly, tap the button located at the top right

corner of the touch keyboard to close the touch keyboard, and then tap the Save button to save

the settings. To cancel the settings, tap the Cancel button.

 Date Format

Select the date display format. Press the combo button to select the preferred display format. The

date display format you select will also apply to various entry elds in Patient Information.

 Time Format

Select the time display format. Press the combo button to select the preferred display format (12

Hour or 24 Hour).

 Screen Saver

 Wait (Min)

Set Wait(Min) to set the period of inactivity before the screen saver will appear to a preferred

duration (O, 5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes).
