Chapter 8 Maintenance
Connecting a Battery Pack
Connect the battery pack as follows:
1. Turn o the system and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Open the battery cover at the bottom of the product and insert the battery pack.
CAUTION: Make sure not to mix up the battery terminals.
3. Once the battery pack has been inserted, wait ten seconds before powering on the system.
Recharging the Battery Pack
The battery pack will recharge automatically when the product is connected to the AC adapter or docked
to the Cart.

If the low battery message appears while you are using the product, save the diagnosis
information immediately, and then connect the AC adapter or dock the product to the Cart.

Before connecting the AC adapter, make sure it's the right way. Forcing the adapter into the
product in the wrong way can damage the product.
X
Do not recharge the battery pack by using a method that is not described in this User Manual;
doing so may result in fire or explosion.
