Pre-heattheoven180°Cwiththeconvectionfunction.Greaseand
dust 10” cake tin, Sieve flour with baking powder & soda bicarb.
Creambutter&sugaruntillight&uy.Beateggseparately.Add
gradually to creamed mixture, beating well all the time. Add mashed
banana with 1 table spoon of flour. Mix well. Fold in flour. Add
chopped walnuts. Pour into a greased loaf tin. Put it on low rack,
When beep, select menu and cook.

Pre-heattheoven200°Cwiththeconvectionfunction.Grease
anddust9”caketin,Sieveourwithbakingpowder.Creambutter
& sugar until light & fluy. When the mixture is light & creamy, add
the egg, one at a time, beating each time thoroughly. If the mixture
curdles while adding the egg, add a little flour before adding the
next egg. Finally fold the flour & add the milk until the mixture forms
a dropping consistency. Add the vanilla essence. Mix well. Pour the
mixture into the prepared tin. Put it on low rack, When beep, select
menu and cook.
