Chapter 6 Image Management

 Transferring Images via DICOM

Transfer the selected image and measurement data via DICOM. The icon is only enabled when an

image is selected. The icon is disabled in a system where DICOM is not enabled.

1. After selecting an image, press the Send button on the touch screen. The DICOM Storage window

will open.

2. Press Transfer to transfer the selected image to the DICOM server. To cancel, press Close.

Try not to include spaces in the filename and directory name. Any spaces in the name will be

filled with random characters.

Cine Images saved using Clip Store will not be transferred to the DICOM server.

1. Press the Export button. The Export window will open.

2. Dene various parameters, such as directory and lename.

3. Press the Export button to start the transfer. To cancel, press the Close button.

4. Once transfer starts, you can monitor the progress by viewing the progress bar.

 Print

Press the Print button. The Printer List window will open. Select a connected printer and press the

Print button. You can print the exam images.

NOTE:

If a DICOM printer server has been set up, you may also use a DICOM printer to print the exam

records.
