CellDEK application freezes continuously

Hold power switch in the ‘on’ position for a few

seconds until shutdown. Wait for unit to emit

“beeps” before releasing switch.

SIM card read fail

Ensure SIM is correctly inserted and in the correct

orientation.

‘SIM PIN required’ message

Enter PIN code. If entered incorrectly 3 times

PUK will be required.

‘SIM PUK required’ message

Contact carrier/provider to obtain PUK code.

CellDEK fails to read memory card

Ensure card is inserted correctly. Reboot

CellDEK.

SIM Card LED goes out

If problems persist, hold power switch in the ‘on’

position for a few seconds until shutdown. Wait

for unit to emit “beeps” before releasing switch.

CellDEK unit freezes or crashes

Hold power switch in the ‘on’ position for a few

seconds until shutdown. Wait for unit to emit

“beeps” before releasing switch.

Error Messages

If an error message occurs during CellDEK use, a

small “Help” icon appears in the corner of the error.
