data. Generally, virus files can only infect a system

if the file is executed. This briefing note has been

produced to help identify infection of your

CellDEK unit.

Checking for Infection

The CellDEK software 1.16 and newer enables the

user to run a regular virus check on the system

within the system setup screen. On selection, the

‘Virus

Check’ will request for a USB key to be inserted

that contains the latest virus removal tool. The

selected tool will be copied to memory and can be

updated at anytime using the update button.
