To prevent changes to the evidential data content

in the data files folder the user can select a custom

scan and choose to scan system folders only*.

*Carrying out a full or quick scan may result in files

that have been identified by the Microsoft Windows

Malicious Software Removal Tool as ‘malicious’, to

be removed from the CellDEK system. To protect

evidential files you may wish to isolate the data files

folder from the scan by selecting the customized

option

Data Files folder location: C://Program Files/FSS/CellDEK/Data Files

Note: Any files identified as ’malicious’ that are

removed from the data files folder during the scan

will remain listed as downloaded in the

CellDEK report.
